I managed to weather a few tilts and one legitimate bad beat, aces full of 10s taken down by Jacks.
Anyway, here's my stats so far. I've been mostly playing bots so it goes pretty fast.
Melinda and I went to see spoon Saturday night at the Showbox, they were pretty cool. Everytime Melinda and I go see a show we leave saying 'We should go to more shows!', then a year goes by and we go see another show.
anyway...
the Showbox is a dive. They fixed it up but I think it's still a lousy place to see a rock show. All I've seen there have been rock shows although Whiskytown was a pretty rockin show if I remember right. Those days were kind of fuzzy. The sound sucked as usual but I suppose I go into the Showbox expecting that.
anyway...
Spoon put on a pretty good show and kept my attention considering I hadn't heard but one of their songs. They're are a 4 piece consisting of guitar/singer, bass/backup singer, drums/backup singer and keys/backup singer. Pretty damn tight and for the most part played like a 3 piece.
That's all I care to say about the matter.

I bought a box of the 'Limited Edition Hulk Ceral' the other day at the store. I'm not sure why, I guess it was an impulse buy. The yellow ones are radiation, the red ones are bricks, the blue and white ones are potions and the green ones are of course The Hulk.
I say 'Baah' to all you puny humans.
I wouldn't recomend the ceral. It was crappy.
Melinda brought home a video tape last week of Kaiju Big Battel. The only way I can describe would be to say it's like all of Godzilla's enemys and friends got much smaller and became world championship wrestlers.
Maybe you should just look for yourself...
