This is my personal blog full of mindless ramblings and lots of rants. (it's good to vent on a website that is rarely viewed!)
I should post more often but I don't. But I may now that school has started, but I wouldn't hold my breath as the saying goes.
I was sick as a dog. I really hate being sick, but that's not the point. Who likes being sick? Maybe I liked it when I was a kid and got to stay home on the couch watching tv all day, but it's not nearly as cool as an adult.
If I live to be 74 my life is more than half over. I wonder at what age you really start thinking about death? I have friends that, at various times, were practically crippled by the thought of their own mortality. For the most part I've never really given it much thought. I've always know that at some point I would die, but it's always seemed much later than sooner.
Is this what I have to look forward to on future birthdays? Geez, how depressing.
Ok people, if we all work together we can all get to where we are going in a timely maner. That means when the light is green, FUCKING GO! Put your fucking cellphone down, whatever it is I'm sure it's not more important than paying attention to the road while you are fucking driving.
Ok... I think I got it out of my system for the time being. Now I might have a few words about people fucking around with their kids in the back seat while they are driving. I'm unsure how they can be looking forward if they are turned around in their seat wiping snot from their little brats face.
Man today sucked, I only have to drive about 3 miles to get to work but it was like a fucking video game commute. Cars, trucks, pedestrians, bridges, emergency vehicles, fast drivers, slow drivers, shitty drivers, people popping out from between vehicles because they are talking on their cellphone sipping their latte not paying a lick of fucking attention...
whew... I just made up for all the times I used freaking or farging on this blog.
I put a few pics together from out trip to NY and Boston. I used the canned Photoshop gallery creator because I didn't feel like making one myself, so sue me.
Maybe someday I'll add captions but as the saying goes, I wouldn't hold my breath. It would take a bolt of inspiration and with school starting in a week or so I would imagine that is going to be in short supply.

Leaving soon for a trip to New York and Boston so that Melinda can check out graduate schools and for a bit of east coast fun. I wasn't excited, much to Melinda's chagrin, untill this morning. Now I'm pretty stoked. I'll post some pictures when we get home...
