The floor looks beautiful! You need some rugs to pull together the furniture groupings. But I think you have nice stuff.
Now that I'm done with school I'm going to have to get serious about the house search for me too. I hope I have the good luck you did.
I loved your Christams pictures! Is your family still living where you lived in HS? My Mom moved to Phoenix. Almost downtown. I'm sorry I didn't get to see you over the holidays.
